Scan the merchant's code
The camera reads an EMVCo merchant-presented code, static or dynamic, and the amount is confirmed before anything moves.
Genies Pay / In the hand / The App
Everything else on this site is what a merchant installs. This is what the customer holds. The GeniesPay App is live and in customers' hands: an account, a wallet, cards, crypto, and a record of every payment — in English and Arabic.
Onboarding is where consumer payment products are won and lost. This is the whole sequence, in order, with nothing skipped.
The app is on Android and iOS. A one-time code to the phone number starts the account — nothing else is asked for yet.
Identity document plus a liveness check. The document is read, the face is matched, and the result is scored. Queries come back in the app, not by email.
A customer record, an account number and the first currency balance. The tier the customer lands in decides the limits that apply.
A virtual card is issued against the account and is usable online in the same minute. A physical card can be ordered from the same screen.
The virtual card is provisioned to the phone's own wallet as a token, so it can be tapped at any contactless terminal.
Top up from a card, a bank transfer, an agent, another GeniesPay customer, or a crypto deposit. The balance is spendable when the funds clear.
The camera reads an EMVCo merchant-presented code, static or dynamic, and the amount is confirmed before anything moves.
The app generates a customer-presented code that lives for twenty seconds and is bound to this device. The same code the Smart POS scans.
The digital card is provisioned to the phone's wallet as a token. It works at any contactless terminal, not only ours.
Transfer to another GeniesPay customer by number. Instant, and reversible only by the recipient sending it back.
A request with an amount and a reason, or a bill split across several people, each paying their own share.
The virtual card, with the CVV revealed behind a biometric check and 3-D Secure approved in the app rather than by SMS.
A consumer app is judged on the day something goes wrong. Every entry carries the merchant, the terminal or channel, the original currency, the rate applied if one was, the fee, and the reference the support desk will ask for.

Illustrative. Cedar Grocery is an invented merchant.
The app registers the device. The same binding that makes a QR code useless on another phone protects the account: a new device has to be enrolled, and enrolment is visible on the old one.
Face or fingerprint unlocks the app and reveals card details. The device passcode is the fallback; a GeniesPay PIN is the fallback to that.
Per-transaction and daily caps, per-channel switches, and a freeze that takes effect on the next authorisation, not at the end of the day.
Which devices are enrolled, when each was last used, and a sign-out that invalidates the token rather than just closing the app.

Phone layouts on both, with tablet layouts on Android. Contactless payment uses each platform's own wallet and token service, so the terminal sees an ordinary tokenised tap.
Minimum OS versions, the entitlements each platform requires for contactless and biometrics, and the store-listing requirements are in the integration pack — they move with the platforms, so they are not printed here.
Balances, five ways in, conversion with the clock, the ledger.
Virtual, digital and physical, currency cards, and the controls.
Accept, hold, spend and settle — with the caveats in place.
And the other half of the site is the counter this money arrives at — Smart POS, QR, the SDKs and attestation.
